Mr. Urs Vrijhof-Droese is Managing Partner at WHVP, an independent Swiss asset management firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and is the author of Corporate Governance of External Asset Managers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (DIKE Verlag, 2021). In November 2025, Urs assumed the role of Chairman of SRIAA.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Company, Foundation, and Trust Law from the University of Liechtenstein. From its beginning in 2011 until November 2025, Mr. Kaiser chaired SRIAA, where he significantly contributed to strengthening the association and promoting high standards within the Swiss RIA industry.
